We are the married owners,
Jonathan Santini and Olivia Torretta Santini.
Our journey together began in Rome more than 7 years ago. Jonathan being a Roman citizen, and Olivia being an American student abroad, met by chance at Campo Di Fiori in the center of Rome-
more specifically outside of “The Drunken Ship”, an American bar in the heart of Rome.
Olivia remained in Italy for several years experiencing all that Rome and it’s culture have to offer - cafe's, food, music, art, history, and best ofItalian cuisine.
Shortly after marrying in 2014,
we realized our dream was to bring a taste of that lifestyle, along with Roman casual street food,
home to Wakefield.
We opened
Cibo
Cafe and Bistro -
keeping our love for everything Roman and combining American tastes.
